Our Home Remodeling Process:

1. An S&K designer will meet with you in your home to review the project. We will discuss needs, desires, and budget.
2. Measurements and other information will be gathered to proceed to a design. Some smaller projects may go directly to fixture & finishes selections.  
3. Our customers find that S&K’s working showroom invaluable when making product selections.  We also have access to other local showrooms if needed. We will meet with you to make selections for your project.

Our Proposal

1. Based on the information gathered in the home and the selections for fixtures and finishes, a written proposal will be prepared. Drawings will be completed including 3D renderings when needed.
2. A meeting will be scheduled to review the proposal.

Each project is different. Some of these steps could be more or less involved.
