This customer had multiple fixtures in need of repair and a longtime customer of S&K recommended she call us. She was clearly pleased. Our plumber installed a new flapper in her toilet and also repaired several Kohler Niedecken faucets. He recommended she stop in to the S&K Kitchen & Bath Showroom to select a new kitchen sink faucet. Subsequently, S&K installed the Delta faucet she selected at the S&K Brookfield Showroom. Shortly thereafter, when she noticed her water was hard, she called S&K to have the water treatment professionals check out her old Culligan water softener. Our water conditioning experts recommended a new Crystal Clear Water Softener which S&K installed to solve her hard water problems. Hence her comment, "Excellent service all the way thru!"
