This Big Bend customer contacted S&K for a water softener. Our service tech Matt tested the water, determined the appropriate water softener for his needs, and installed it. To improve water flow inside the home, Matt air scoured the pipes and soon realized the well pump system was unable to deliver proper flow and would need to be replaced. He installed a new well pump and upon yield testing the well, determined that the well itself was unable to produce enough water for the newly installed Webtrol submersible pump. We arranged for a well driller to clean out and redevelop the well. What started as a simple softener installation turned into far more, but as the letter attests, the customer is quite satisfied.
